TMZ reports season two of MTV reality show will film in Florida, according to the Miami Herald. Production company behind the show has been scouting location in Miami since last month. Sources tell TMZ they will begin filming befor the month is out.

They say they violated Lohan's Rights by using her "name and characterization" in business without paying or approval. then Lohan's lawyer goes on to tell TMZ it doesnt matter that the commerical doesn't mention the name of Lohan, adding "do you know the name Oprah?
