The retailer is planning to increase the number of Black employees by 20 percent over the next 3 years.

This news comes as Target released a recent diversity report. The report says that around half of Target’s employees are people of color including 25 percent Latinx and 15 percent Black.

Target has strived for diversity and inclusion for years. The increase in Black employees is the latest effort for the company.
