Travis Scott on Raising His and Kylie Jenner’s Daughter Stormi to Be a Strong Black Woman

Travis Scott recently discussed how he’s raising his daughter, Stormi, to be a strong black woman. Scott spoke with Chase B. of Apple Music’s .WAV Radio and says he’s focused on protecting young black girls and women.

‘Making sure they have the knowledge of just how to carry yourself, how to move in this world, how to be strong, how to not even be scared to take that risk on any idea,’ says Travis.

As it pertains to Stormi, Travis wants to make sure that Stormi knows she can do anything she wants and anything a man can do.

Scott also talked about the current generation having “pure vision” in knowing that their gender or race shouldn’t hold them back. Scott is putting his money where his mouth is as he took to Twitter to announce he would pay for the tuition of those attending HBCUs. Travis pledges to take care of the first semester of five college students.
