Kim and Kanye’s home is not really a home at all, Kim once described it as a “minimal monastery,” with nothing in it.
As rumors swirl about a pending divorce between Kim and Kanye a Page Six insider said, “Kim is trying to get Kanye to turn over the Calabasas house to her because that’s where the kids are based and growing up. That is their home. She owns all the land and adjoining lots around the house but Kanye owns the actual house. They’ve both put a lot of money into renovating it.”
Page Six also reports that Kim and Kanye purchased the mansion for $40 million and another $20 million on renovations. The $60 million price tag was confirmed by Kris Jenner when People Magazine wrote that the home was worth a measly $20 million.
Kim showed the home to Architectural Digest in 2013 and it was, well, lonely. Everything is minimal with no color and lots of grey and white.
