Do you tell on your coworker?

My coworker and I are both going for the same promotion and our boss makes his final decision next week.
Last week he took the week off, so that coworker had a few glasses of wine at her desk because he wasn’t around.
If my boss knew, there would be no chance that she would get the job.
Do I say something?
