The deadline for the owner of the Central Ave Warehouse, Evan Blum is creeping vastly. Blum needs to provide a final structure condition report to the city of Albany by tomorrow. In essence, Blum needs to make some pretty big changes to this building after it already raised some concerns for the community.
I’m wondering what could he even do to that spot? Turn it into apartments? Library? Eh, I have some ideas!
How about a Top Golf? Sell it of course to a Top Golf and they could turn it into a Hotel/TopGolf… MONEY IDEA
What about a Casino? (of course if we are keeping the structure) I think a LIVE casino in Albany would THRIVE!
If they were to tear it down, then we know what comes next… “Luxury Apartments” BORING.
