The rejuvenated vibe on Remsen Street is what everyone in Cohoes needed. It’s been awhile since the “community” feel has been real. Being from Cohoes myself, I find this event to be so awesome and beneficial in the same token.
What is the Mac-N-Cheese Bowl? It’s a way for Cohoes to come together as a community and eat TOP TEIR Mac & Cheese made by local Cohoes restaurants. My personal favorite is Signal 30’s but every Cohoes Restaurant has their own touch and that makes it even better.
Vendors, Residents, Non Residents, and Families all show up for one day and sample the best Mac N Cheese in the area and lucky for all of us in Cohoes, it’s right in our back yard! March 25th can’t come soon enough! Here are some pics from the event held in 2021!
