Our sister state, Vermont is gearing up for a bad storm! The Vermont Agency of Transportation has listed closures of multiple train routes from Amtrak in preparation for a bad storm ahead.
With potential Trees falling from high winds, freezing rain, snow, etc… The forecast for Friday and into Saturday Amtrak has cancelled the Ethan Allen Express, as well as the Vermonter services on Friday.
See Something, Say Something. If you see any trees down or accidents tweet us @JAMZ963 so we can update the community! Both trains will come into Vermont on Thursday but will not run on Friday. If the Weather lets up they expect to open back up business as usual.
