Every year it’s the best seeing people in the 518 come together on Martin Luther King Jr Day. A community march was held on Monday honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The march kicked off at The State Museum on Madison Ave and went through Martin Luther King BLVD and ended up at his statue in Lincoln Park.

Martin Luther King Jr Day was first observed January 20th, 1986 when Raegan was President. Dr. King would have been 94 this year..
