NibblexNosh is a from scratch bakery that is opening up its doors in Scotia on March 11th. The bakery is committed to producing high-quality baked goods using only the best ingredients, with a focus on unique and creative flavors.
Owners Joe and Adrienne started selling baked goods at farmer’s markets and pop-ups and will NOW have a permanent home! Joe is the baker and Adrienne runs the business and marketing side of things. The grand opening will be from 10a-2p on Saturday. The bakery is located at 109 Mohawk Avenue in Scotia.
What sets NibblexNosh apart is their commitment to making everything from scratch. No shortcuts or pre-packaged mixes here. Joe puts in the time and effort to create each item with care and attention to detail.
