This is a HUGE W for Cohoes! Smith’s, a beloved bar and restaurant in Cohoes, has been given a new lease on life thanks to co-owner of The Tipsy Moose, Rob Tario. Tario, who also co-owns the popular Tipsy Moose chain of bars, has brought fresh ideas and energy to the establishment, transforming it into a thriving hotspot for locals and visitors alike.
“Our main priority is bringing Smith’s to its former glory,” Tario said. The menu will focus on pub food, Tario said, but specifics remain under discussion, per Times Union.
If you’re in the Cohoes area, be sure to stop by Smith’s and support the new owners as they embark on this exciting new journey. With their passion for the restaurant industry and dedication to providing a top-notch dining experience, you’re sure to have a great meal and a wonderful time.
