If you live or work near Lark Street, you’ll want to try this new sweet spot. ‘Bitchin’ Donuts’ had their soft launch on Thursday morning.
Bitchin’ Donuts is an offshoot of Birch Bark Eatery, which was located in Glens Falls until this past January. The menu is exclusively vegan and not only offers different donut flavors, but also avocado fries, cauliflower bites, breakfast burritos and sandwiches.
They chose a soft launch so they could work out any supply and demand issues, as well as some time to get settled in the new location and firm up the menu. They’re hoping to add more food items this weekend. If you’d like to stop by, they’re at 193 Lark Street in Albany.
