Sia Crêperia is soon to be the newest addition to the already diverse food court in Crossgates Mall. Owned by Anxhel Shkulaku, an Albanian-American with a passion for crêpes, this eatery is sure to make waves among foodies in the Albany area.
Shkulaku, who previously owned Vintage Pizza in Latham and I Love NY Pizza in Jacksonville, Florida, is excited to introduce his newest venture to the community. The crêpes served at Sia Crêperia are made with 100% rice flour, making them gluten-free and a healthy option for those with dietary restrictions.
The menu at Sia Crêperia offers something for everyone, with options ranging from savory breakfast crêpes to sweet dessert crêpes. Shkulaku believes that Crossgates Mall is the perfect location for his new venture, as people are always looking for something new and exciting to try.
Sia Crêperia is set to open at the end of April and will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty meal or a sweet treat, Sia Crêperia is sure to satisfy your cravings. So, be sure to stop by and try one of their delicious crêpes!
