As a young girl growing up in “money earnin” Mt. Vernon, I grew up listening to the biggest names on the radio in the #1 market NYC & I had a dream of being the voice behind the speaker. I been rockin your airwaves since my Siena College days where I got my start in college radio as “The Quiet Storm Queen”. I came on board on JAMZ back in 2001 as the morning show producer, weekends, mixshows then moved into the midday slot as “The Midday Mami”. Since then I have worked at all of the hip hop stations in the capital region but came back home to JAMZ in 2016 to again reign as your “Midday Mami” rockin the airwaves & playing your favorite throwbacks at noon on “The Back in the Day Buffet”. I’ve hosted mixtapes, been nominated by The Southern Entertainment Awards for #1 Female Personality & Personality of the Year , been featured on MTV.com & am a member of both “The Murdamamis’ & “Noizemob Djs”. Aside from radio, I am also a nurse! You never know where your dreams can take you so dream big and never forget to remain humble & show love!
