Heads up if you're driving around Queensbury, the intersection of Aviation Road and Upper Glen St (Route 9) has a giant sinkhole due to a watermain break.
The Post Star reports the hole as 20 feet wide and 8 feet deep.
Word first came out about the incident early Tuesday morning. The NYS DOT is on the scene working on repairs, but the Warren County Sheriff's Office says the fix will take 'an extended period of time'.
Police and the DOT are asking drivers to avoid the area and find alternate routes
