Going to see a movie can cost upwards of $20 depending on this cinema, but there’s a big discount being offered this Sunday (8/27). Theaters across the country and in the Albany area will celebrate National Cinema Day with $4 admission.
Participating cinemas in the Capital Region include:
Albany County:
- Landmark’s Spectrum 8 Theatre, Albany.
- Regal Colonie Center
- Regal Crossgates Mall
- The Madison Theatre
Fulton County:
- Johnstown Movieplex
Rensselaer County:
- Regal East Greenbush
Saratoga County:
- AMC Saratoga Springs
- Regal Clifton Park Center Mall
Schenectady County:
- BTM Cinemas Movieland 6
- Zurich Cinema Via Port Mall, Rotterdam.
Warren County:
- Regal Aviation Mall
If you can fit it all into your schedule, you could conceivably see five movies for $20… though going through the line a few times they might catch on. Still, quite a deal to take advantage of this weekend.
Here are some of the most popular movies in America according to Rotten Tomatoes
