Six Flags Great Escape

Oktoberfest, Fright Fest and Boo Fest will all return to the Great Escape theme park for fall 2023, along with some new frights.

Oktoberfest will take place every weekend from August 26 to September 24, featuring craft beers, German inspired food, polka bands and Oktoberfest themed activities.

Fright Fest will begin September 30 and run weekends through October 29. They’ll also be bringing back Fright Fest on Friday nights starting 10/6. One of the new highlights is called Hell Block VI – a prison themed attraction where monsters have escaped from their cells. Other attractions returning will be Skull Manor, CarnEVIL and Nightmare at CrackAxle Canyon.

Boo Fest will run along side Fright Fest, geared at kids 12 and under. It will feature Monster Mash dance parties, costume contests, scavenger hunts, a new hay maze and more.
