This Wednesday, October 4th, around 2:20pm, FEMA is going to send out an alert to all cell phones across the entire Country. There is no need to panic when you get the alert. It's just a "test". The test is actually going to be a 2 fold test. 1st one will be a test of the EAS system and will come across all radios and TV's and then the second one will be the WEA portion that will test the system for all cell phone users.

The reason for the test? Well, according to the report from CNN.com -

“The purpose of the Oct. 4 test is to ensure that the systems continue to be effective means of warning the public about emergencies, particularly those on the national level,”

So tomorrow, you're going to get a message on your phone at 2:20pm that will say “THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed.”

The reason for this? That's going to depend on who you ask. There's a group of people out there that think that this is being done by the Federal Government to activate the 5G issues or whatever they believe. Maybe that the government is going to eventually take over all of our devices and start to "control" the people.

Others think that this is just a test to make sure that our nationwide alert system is working. You know, incase of some sort of National emergency. An attack on the Country or a major weather event. Things like that.

Whatever your belief is, just know that it's happening tomorrow. That would be Wednesday, October 4th at 2:20pm.
