It's the biggest 'Happy Birthday America' party in Upstate New York
Delicious Food, free music, fun games, and those spectacular fireworks. It's all happening at New York State's Official 4th of July Celebration at the Empire State Plaza. The 4th falls on a Thursday this year.
Just announced, Grammy winner and legendary keyboard player & singer Bruce Hornsby will be the headlining act for 2024. Hornsby is best known for his slew of hits that include: Mandolin Rain, The Way It Is and Every Little Kiss.

In addition, a naturalization ceremony will be held to officially welcome new Americans as citizens of the USA. A flyover by the 109AW New York Air Guard as the celebration kicks off Thursday afternoon.
