H.B. Monte, originally from NYC, now calls The Capital Region his home. Colonie to be more accurate. HB had the chance to show off his amazing talent on AGT not that long ago and found some time to stop by the Jamz 96.3 studio to chop it up with me.

H.B. Monte's story is more complicated that we all thought. They didn't get into his health issues on AGT but I made sure to let him tell his story when he was in the studio with me. Not that long ago, H.B. had some serious heart health issues and spent a number of weeks in the hospital due to those issues. He wants to be sure that people take their heart health seriously, early on in life. Most people think that heart health is only important when you get older but he want you to know that it can take a turn for the worst at any moment in your life. 

This man's energy and love of life is super contagious and I was honored to have a few minutes of his time!
