If you ask me, you really can't go wrong with LL Cool J and The Roots. From what I'm hearing with this song, I'm not wrong.
Uncle L and The Roots teamed up to reimagine "Mama Said Knock You Out" as a part of the In Season Tournament that the NBA is holding this season. What's the In Season Tournament? I think it's best if it's explained by the NBA so if you're curious, you can CLICK HERE to find out.
Let's get back to this reimagined LL Cool J classic. What they did was took the hook from The Roots track "Here I Come" and the lyrics of "Mama Said Knock You Out" and what they ended up with is a banger!
