Last week, after 27 years, there was finally an arrest made in the Tupac Shakur murder case. Las Vegas Police arrested Keefe D and charged the 60 year old with murder. While nobody believes that he was the man that pulls the trigger, LVPD said that someone that aids and abets in a murder case, can be charged with the murder itself. Keefe D has done several interviews and even wrote a book about the murder but has never said that he was responsible for the actual shooting. It's believed that Orlando Andersen is the man that pulled the trigger but since the killing of 2Pac, Orlando was also murdered while trying to collect a drug debt.

Through all of this, there is one person that was a witness to the actual shooting. Suge Knight was in the car with 2Pac the night he was shot and saw exactly who the person was that pulled the trigger. Naturally, you'd assume that Suge would be asked to take the stand against Keefe D but (and it's a huge but), Suge says that he will NOT testify against Keefe D. He outright refused to cooperate with authorities and knowing the mans history, there is no way that anyone will change his mind. Here's the conversation Suge has with TMZ.com where he says that he will not testify.
