Cardi B Surprisingly Turns Down Colab With Popular Artist?

DISCLAIMER: Please be aware that I'm not buying into all of this. Internet rumors are just that, rumors. There really doesn't seem to be any credibility what so ever to these claims.
There seems to be a rumor floating around the internet that Cardi B turned down an offer to work with Doecii. While neither side has commented on the situation at this point, there is someone on X saying that this happened.
Cardi B just recently declined a collaboration request from Doechii.

Cardi told Doechii that she’s not big enough to collaborate with big artists.

@TheeeStarrr is also claiming that Doechii has unfollowed Cardi on Insta (let's keep in mind that we don't know if Doechii actually followed her to begin with at this point.)
