The name of this poem is "Nothing Feels Better" and it's supposed to put you in a better mood. As a matter of fact, it was actually scientifically engineered to put you in a better mood.
The poem is being used by Asics and is by Charly Cox. It was put together by Cox after she received 40,000 submissions from the public that shared words that encourage them, inspire them to be more active, Cox took those words, set it to music that's played at 111 hertz which is supposed to help you produce endorphins while you're listening to it.
According to Asics "the poem will put you in a better mood and inspire you to get up and get going just by listening to it"
