So when 50 Cent says "we're gonna party like it's your birthday" I don't think he meant literally. Well, a woman at his show in Washington St. apparently didn't realize that and she gave birth during his show. At least, that's the story that I'm hearing. As the story goes, medics had to attend to a "woman in distress" but found out that she was actually in labor and too far along in the process to move. So what did  they do next? According to Page Six here's how it all went down

So we’re told staff formed a “human curtain” around her until workers could find some sheets to create a little privacy while Itty Bitty Fiddy made her big entrance.

“The baby girl was born on site, and the mother and child were then transported to the hospital,” we’re told. “As of last report, all are well.”

While it might seem like a unlikely turn of events, fans going into labor at concerts can be curiously common
