Strong winds and heavy rain wreaked havoc
Thousands, including the horses, ran for cover at Saratoga Race Course Friday evening when a strong storm moved through the area. Racing fans could be seen running for shelter as limbs snapped from trees and debris went flying.
NewsChannel 13's cameras were rolling.
