Two Alleged Felony Fugitives Arrested in Saratoga County

Two men who fled different states to Saratoga County were eventually caught and jailed, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office.
Timothy Whipple, 43 of Malta, allegedly ran from Polk County, Florida to avoid prosecution for violating the conditions of his probation. He was arraigned in Ballston Spa and sent to Saratoga County Jail.
Another man, 27 year old David Fink of Malta, was supposed to appear in a Habersham County, George courtroom on charges of aggravated assault. He was also picked up by police in Saratoga County and arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court. He is also being held in Saratoga County Jail without bail.
