Mayor of Saratoga Ron Kim had some choice words for the Public Safety Commissioner James Montagnino during a phone conversation. That phone conversation was recorded secretly and was obtained by Channel 13. Apparently the phone conversation happened right after a heated argument took place inside City Hall back in May. That argument was a result of Kim saying that nothing was being done about threats being made against one of his family members.
Needless to say, the relationship between Kim and Montagnino is a rocky one at best.
