Waka Flocka Flame was seen in The Cap City over the weekend.
Turns out that Waka was performing at OH-Fest at SUNY Oneonta this past Saturday along with Young M.A. and it appears that he wanted to do some shopping so he made a stop at Crossgates Mall.
