Ahead of Monday night's show, the Boss sent a message to the Capital Region
FINALLY! After twice rescheduling, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will rock the MVP Arena Monday night. The long anticipated show was originally scheduled for March 14th of 2023, but was postponed when a number of band members came down with Covid. It was rescheduled for September 19th - but the boss had a bout of peptic ulcer disease.
More than a year later, the Boss is ready to rock the Capital City. In an Instagram message sent roadside from the entrance to the New Jersey Parkway, Bruce assured fans he is indeed on his way.
Albany! This is Bruce Springsteen on the Jersey Parkway. And there's two things I know about you. One, Albany is the capital of New York State. That's right. And two, the E-Street Band is comin' to destroy your city!
