It's always "Who's The Best Rapper of All Time?" Is it Nas, is it Jay? Biggie? Pac? Rakim? Eminem? Drake?
We know that the discussion happens all the time, not only on the National level but right here in the 5-1-8! The truth is, we'll never really know who it is because the question and the conversating is subjective. You can ask anyone of your friends and you'll almost always get different answers.
With all that being said, we are well aware that the rap game in The Capital Region is crazy strong.
