The Trestle Restaurant & Pub is no more.

The Trestle Restaurant & Pub, which is located at 2 Cohoes Rd. in Watervilet has announced that they are closing their doors for good.

The restaurant first opened in 2023 for takeout and delivery and then in January of 2024 opened their full restaurant for dine-in services. The Trestle Restaurant & Pub, which is owned by John Holland and Chris Richards, featured everything from burgers, salads, sandwiches, pizza, wings and more.

If you're wondering exactly were The Trestle was located, the business had taken over the former Purple Pub.

At this time, there has been no reason for the restaurant closing. Their announcement came via their Facebook page -
