You might not know this but one of the couples from "Love After Lock Up" are from The Capital Region!
Sharae and Anthony live in the Schenectady area and it turns out that Sharae grew up listening to Jamz! She stopped by to show us some love, share her story and also spill a little tea on what's going on in her and Anthony's life right now.
