The Black Arts & Cultural Festival returns to Empire State Plaza Friday July 31 and Saturday August 1, bringing two days of music, culture, community, food, and vibes to downtown Albany — and the best part? It's all FREE. Jamz 96.3 is proud to be part of the celebration.

Friday night is all about lifting spirits with Gospel Night, while Saturday turns the Plaza into one giant celebration capped off by an R&B performance from Lloyd. If you're outside this weekend, this is where you need to be.

Friday, July 31 – Gospel Night (5pm-8pm)

• 6:45pm – Melvin Crispell III, Crystal Aikin & Rich Tolbert Jr. take the stage

Saturday, August 1 – Festival Finale featuring Lloyd (12pm-8pm)
